Visa fees are non refundable once the visa is applied. Minimum 4 to 5 Business days are required to issue a visa. Passport validity should be more than 6 months before the travel date. If the Visa fee increases Travclan reserves the right to add the additional fees to the above rates without prior notice. The immigration authorities of UAE (Dubai) have the sole right to issue or refuse a visa application. Travclan is not responsible for any refusal of visa and accordingly full visa charges would be applicable. 1- Share complete Return/ onwards journey flight tickets. 2- Share Pan Cards of all passengers if a group of Individuals/ Pan card of leading passenger if a family is travelling. 3- Share Passport of all the passengers Back and Front. 4- Share white background picture with 80% face coverage in case VISA is to be processed.

Kindly note that driver will wait at the arrivals for a maximum of 120 mints after the flight arrives and a maximum of 10 minutes for Excursion / sightseeing transfers & departure transfers . 12. The maximum dimensions per bag (H + W + L) must not exceed 158 cm (62 inches) – 1 piece + 1 Hand luggage in between 2 guests.
