I do believe that a foreclosures can have a major effect on the borrower's life. Mortgage foreclosures can have a 6 to several years negative impact on a client's credit report. A borrower that has applied for home financing or almost any loans even, knows that your worse credit rating is definitely, the more hard it is for any decent bank loan. In addition, it may affect the borrower's capability to find a good place to let or rent, if that results in being the alternative real estate solution. Great blog post.
